Weddings atThe Lodge at CrestviewRanch in Beautiful Granby Colorado Thank you for your interest in The Lodge at Crestview Ranch for your special event! The Lodge sits on a spacious 55 acre ranch that has large views of Rocky Mountain National Park and the Great Divide.  The 11,000 sq ft home sleeps 45 guests, with 7 master suites and a bunk room!  The attached heated 3 car garage is spacious and is perfect for parking or hosting an afternoon of fun and games as well! Enjoy a 3D tour of the entire lodge on our home page! We are currently in the process of remodeling a 3,000 sq ft heated space with beautiful beetle kill pine and rustic metal trim, inside and out. Lighting will be LED Christmas lights and large rustic pendant lights. There are outlets throughout the space available for any power needs for music, catering, additional lighting, etc. In addition to the interior space, the large garage door can be left up and your event can flow outside and is complete with rustic fencing and barrels, perfect for dancing! We provide a mix of banquet and round tables as well as a few small rounds, 250 chairs, portable stage and beverage center all included with this space rental! This will be complete by May 2017 in conjunction with the other projects currently being finished. ​ The wedding ceremony site is on the west side of the Lodge on the pond, with an Amish built gazebo being designed and built by May 2017. The space is large enough for seating up to 250 and games or tent space if desired.  Adjacent to the steps off the deck will be a large stamped concrete patio with built in Fire Pit, perfect for entertaining prior to the ceremony. ​ We also provide porta-potties for any outside event, cleaned and ready to go for the specific event day.  This helps mitigate any strain on the ranch’s septic system and keeps the Lodge from being over used as well.  Linens and extra dishware can be rented from a local rental company, we highly recommend - Grand Event Rentals in Granby. (See our recommended Vendor List)          We ask that all events over 50 people purchase an event package and event insurance of 2 million coverage. Congratulations on your engagement -- thank you for your interest in the Wild Horse Inn! We are great at meeting budgets and can do any style of service you wish from a formal plated dinner to a casual buffet barbeque. Keep in mind that the price listed is just an average; each event is priced based on your party size. We have a beautiful ceremony site outdoors! It has great mountain views and is very proximal to the reception area. It easily can seat over 200, so can accommodate your group. When you book with us for a weekend wedding, we ask that you reserve the entire Inn for two nights for your guests. We have 7 lodge rooms and 3 cabins, which can accommodate a maximum of 26 people. Breakfast is included each day for those staying on site! The cost to rent the entire place for one night, including tax. Most of our bridal couples don't pay for all of the lodging for their guests, so this cost may not be on your tab completely. At the Inn, you may bring in your own alcohol - a HUGE cost savings to you! We provide the bartenders through the catering company and they set up, service and break down the bar for you. When you book with us, your site fee covers you for the whole weekend. Many brides and grooms plan their rehearsal dinner and/or day after brunch for their guests to be held at the Inn as well; this would also be under the same site fee. The cost for those events would just be the catering and any small rentals you might need. Also when you book with us we give you a list of preferred vendors, including disc jockeys, bands, florists, photographers, etc. We also give you a list of the best additional lodging in the area for overflow. Our site fees start at $5,000 and go up to $10,000 depending on the number of your guests. We include use of the venue from 10am - 11 pm on your wedding day, ceremony site with altar and panoramic views of the Continental Divide, our beautiful 4,100 square foot tent with roll up sides and cathedral windows, tables and chairs, 120 yr old historic barn with saloon, luxury toilet trailer, lighted parking area and evergreen grove with game area, horseshoe pits and a sandbox for kids. The B Lazy 2 Ranch is set in a 12 acre meadow that has panoramic views of the Continental Divide providing for amazing photo opportunities. You will have access to the Ranch from 3-8pm the night before for decorating, rehearsing and welcome dinner. We also have a bridal suite and grooms cabin for the wedding parties to get ready for an additional fee. We partner with Peak Beverage for your alcohol service. They have packages that are all-inclusive or depending on your budget ones in which you provide the TIPS certified bartenders. We also have food caterers that we recommend and would be more than happy to connect you with. While we do not have lodging on-site, we partner with some lodging companies that are located just a few minutes from the Ranch. We can also put you in contact with shuttle services for your guests, florists, DJ's, bands and just about anything else you might need!
