The package comes with up to 10 hours of photography. The images are saved to a USB drive for you to print from at will, a password protected client area and a 12X8 mounted print.

The Tavistock Town Hall acts as a focal point for the town, hosting not just weddings but other local events. We offer two different function rooms, the Main Hall and the Rundle room. The Main Hall offers seating for 190 guests and is fully licensed for live entertainment whilst the Rundle room is a perfect location to hold a civil ceremony with seating for 45 people. An example wedding taking place in the Main Hall would cost for the hall hire itself which would allow access from, 10am to dress the hall and the bar would close at 11pm with the event to finish at 12am. We don't have any in house caterers or DJ's but we do have a list of suggestions on our website. Extra costs such as a per head cost for using the kitchen and for wine corkage would be on top of this. We offer: Filming on two Hi Definition Cameras, all day from Bridal Prep to your First Dance. (approx 10 hrs on location) Includes Ceremony, Reception and Speeches in full. Online Cinematic Trailer Discreet, unobtrusive and creative. Two Videographers -husband and wife team. Delivery is on 3 x DVD's packaged in beautiful, bespoke presentation boxes. HD copies available on USB or media drive.

We are a group of very talented and experienced musicians who can provide a wide variety of styes and genres. We will be offering a free DJ for anyone who books the 6piece band withing 2 weeks of the Westpoint Wedding Fair. Please come and chat to us about your requirements. We can offer anything from a solo artiste through to a 10piece band. We are essentially a covers band covering music from 60s through to present day. The Guildhall can be hired out on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Although week days will be considered There are two 3 hour slots available: 10am – 1pm or 2pm – 5pm. Alternative timings on request The hire cost of the Guildhall (+VAT). This increases on a Sunday. Please note this only includes the hiring of the hall. A 50% non refundable deposit is needed to secure your booking A small drink reception can be held after your ceremony at a cost of £100(+VAT). This increases on a Sunday. We will supply the glasses and serve your drinks for you. Please ensure that you deliver you alcohol at least 2 hours before the ceremony takes place The Hall can hold a maximum of 75 people.
