This Villa has underfloor heating in the main house and stone house and is fully equipped. It has several terraces in different areas of the house, exterior with large chill-out area with huge barbecue to enjoy fantastic meals and moments of relaxation, outdoor dining rooms, bar bar with beer and bar fridge, pool with garden, playground, dollhouse, and a large space where we find a century-old oak, a place of inspiration for meditation and relaxation, and where weddings take place under the renewing energy of the holm oak and a beautiful training or yoga room for workshops, retreats or seminars.It also has a large space for events (1 hectare), and is surrounded by fields of more than 5 hectares surrounded by olive trees and forest suitable for the transit of people who enjoy walking or cycling on old rural roads, you can go to the town walking 1 km along these pleasant paths enjoying the scenery. Large parking area.It is a friendly and loving house with good energy. The isolation of this property also becomes the perfect place for workshops and therapeutic retreats, and family or group events, or team building. The surroundings offer wine routes and outdoor recreational sports such as mountain biking, climbing and horseback riding, beaches of nearby towns such as Sitges or Vilanova I la Geltrú.
