a. Rumah Kriya Ballroom
- Reception: 350 people
- Round table: 100 people
b. Park
- Reception: 500 people
- Theatre: 250 people

Time to use the venue
Morning: 08:00 to 12:00 WIB GMT +7
Afternoon: 13 :00 to 17:00 WIB GMT+7
Evening: 18:00 to 22:00 WIB GMT+7

Booking time
Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 16:00 WIB GMT+7

Booking and Payment Confirmation
- Downpayment is Rp. 5,000,000, must be paid 1 week after the booking
- Down payment cannot be refunded
- Payment 50% of the cost shall be done at least 3 months before the event
- Balance paymeny shall be paid 1 month before the event
'- Vendor can cancel for one side if the client do not pay the payment fully
- Post-dated cheque cannot be used as payment

Cancelation
- Down payment cannot be refunded and cannot be used for another event
- Cancelation 3 months before the event will be charged 50% from total cost
- Cancelation 1 month before the event will be charged 100% from total cost

Postponing
- Postponing / changes can be accepted at least 6 months before the event
- Postponing/ changes that done less than 6 months will be defined as cancelation
- Change of date is only allowed one time within one year

Associates
'- Catering, decoration and photography must from the Rumah Kriya's partner. Cannot use catering outside the Rumah Kriya's partner.
- Decoration from other vendor will be charged Rp. 2.500.000 and guarantee Rp. 1,500,000 (guarantee fee will be refunded)
'- Photographer or video shooter from outside / associate will be charged Rp. 2,500,000

Restrictions
- Cannot bring alcohol, drugs and guns to the building
- Cannot pin, stick something to the wall or floor using double tape
- The use of fireworks inside the building is restricted
- Cannot bring food from outside. Traditional food that cannot be privided by the catering will be charged Rp. 500.000, maksimum 2 varities with 200 portion
- Beer and wine will be charged Rp. 10.000 and Rp. 30.000 per bottle

Others
- Length of the event is 4 hours
- Excess food can be taken away
- Damage on the properties shall be paid
- When client use outside decoration, the décor must clean the area after the event
