This type of event is an informal Italian style event with long tables and typical squared table cloth positioned among the olive trees of our magnificent garden. The starters will be served by buffet and then you can choose among a first pasta course and following barbecue or only barbecue. Desserts will be served by buffet.
Masseria Fulcignano has a maximum capacity of 160 guests seated and 180 for a stand up event.
Duration: All functions in Masseria Fulcignano have a duration of maximum 10 hours, and must conclude by 3 am. We allow you to select any time frame for your function - we suggest Evening Functions from 5 pm.
Our team will be pleased to assist you in organizing the event. We also offer a wedding planner service to assist you in coordinating everything for the big day. This includes exclusive use of Masseria. All packages include: - Maximum ten hour package with use of outdoor or indoor Masseria areas; - Glass lanterns featured up terrace and garden; - Light chain lit olive trees in garden; - Casual seating areas and dance floor; - Fresh white linen and napkins for each table; - Personalised menu - A table for your cake display.

Selection, management and coordination of all the wedding vendors including florists, photographers, musicians, caterers, entertainment, attire, hair dressing and make-up, stationery, car/bus rentals, accommodations etc.
Search and management of vendors’ best quotes and contracts, always in respect of price/quality ratio and your budget. All the vendors will be directly paid by you.
Management and coordination of the wedding timeline.
Management and coordination of the wedding budget and ongoing tracking of payments.
On site inspection of the venues with you.
Organization and management of the rehearsal dinner before the wedding and/or the brunch the next day.
Day of coordination: briefing to all the vendors and on site assistance during the wedding day.
For our services we require a 25% down payment on signing of agreement and the remaining in other three monthly/bimonthly payments with the balance paid 60 days prior to the event. The indicated cost is VAT included. All the vendors will be directly paid by you, we will give you all their bank details.
Furthermore, we would be pleased to offer you any other service you may require, such as assistance with paperwork but, depending on the single cases, additional charges may apply. We will also be happy to assist you if you need only some of the services indicated above; the cost will depend on what you will request.
