QUÉ ES DON PASCUALÓN, PAELLAS A DOMICILIO “Don Pascualón, paellas a domicilio” es una empresa de paellas y tapas –bocas- españolas en Costa Rica que lleva dos años y medio en el país. Trabajamos entre 8 y 250 personas y cocinamos en la casa del cliente o se la llevamos lista a su domicilio. Actualmente servimos alrededor de 400 raciones de paella mensualmente. La cocina está a cargo del maestro paellero J. Pasqual Martorell, nacido en Valencia (España) hace 48 años que imprime en cada una de sus creaciones el sabor inconfundible y genuino de la paella que ha pasado de generación en generación en su familia. Ofrecemos al público del GAM de la capital costarricense varias versiones de paellas. Las más populares son la valenciana (conejo y pollo), la marinera (mariscos) y la mixta (pollo y mariscos), aunque también tenemos paella negra (con tinta de calamar), de langosta o vegetariana.
