This service is for the couple that has already completed most of the planning and is looking for final assistance in tying in all of the final details. This will consist of 2 meetings with an event coordinator\planner with in the last 4-5 weeks prior to the big day! We will assist the couple in collecting and reviewing all of the vendor contracts and create an itinerary highlighting important details to ensure a smooth transition from start to finish. Our team will be your voice the last week leading to the event and all vendors will maintain constant communication with your coordinator as the point of contact. Your coordinator\event planner will be there to guide you during the wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception.

We will deliver, set up and tear down items provided by KEU. We are not responsible for other items provided by the client, caterer, etc, nor clean up of those items. Event Lighting includes: An array of uplighting from centerpiece lighting, wall washers, LED PAR Cans, LED Light Bars, LED Wall Washers, Wireless LED Light Bars, etc. Pipe and Drapes - Drapes in White, Black, Silver and Silver Sequin. Specialty Decor includes: Mirror and Bling Signs and Letters, Cocktail Tables and Table Covers, etc Additional Services - KEU creates personalized audio messages for your event Payments - We accept cash, checks and credit cards using Square. Contracts - An event date and design coordination isn't secured until a contract is signed and a down payment received from the client. We have various packages listed below: Day of Service Coordination 6 Hours with custom wedding timeline: $599.00 with rehearsal included $ 699.00 Intermediate Service - Partial assistance with vendors and day of Service starting at $1,450.00 This includes assistance with hiring up to 2 vendors and 7 hours of service on the day of the wedding along with a custom timeline. Full Service - This is assistance with all vendors, custom detailed timeline, assistance with venue selection, review of contracts with vendors to protect you as the client, direct rehearsal (1 hours) , direct wedding day events (up to 8 hours), custom timeline & much more not listed on this email. We require a 50% down payment and you can make monthly payment with the balance paid 60 days prior to the event. I also can assist with floral for the wedding and work directly with wholesale to save you money if this is something you might be interested in.
