From the first exchange of ideas and design sketches to the mock garment and final outfit complete with all detailing, we keep you updated at every step.
While for each client the process is customized, based on their requirements, the basic template usually follows from the brief you provide. It can be as simple or elaborate as you choose, and then we get back to you with our suggestions, design ideas, based on an understanding of what you desire and what would best suit your personality and look. We draw sketches to illustrate silhouette, embroidery, texture and other detailing. A mock garment is made with your desired changes incorporated, to not just ensure that the fit is right, but also to finalize details like necklines, hemlines, length and sleeves. The mock is also to review the flow of the dress, based on posture, which is defined by your desired elevation in footwear. Once these details are ironed out, the final garment is made. Minor tweaks are made to perfect the look thereafter. Additionally, we provide styling tips, suggestions for hair and make-up and even recommendations of accessory designers to complete your look.
