To choose your size measure your natural waist at the smallest part of your waistline, approximately 1 -2 inches above your belly button. Then order a corset 4 inches smaller. So if you measure 28 inches at your natural waist you would order a size 24 corset. However, if you have a soft waist and are planning to waist train to a smaller size you can order a corset 6 inches smaller than your natural waist. So if you measure 30 inches but can easily squeeze the measuring tape 2 or more inches you could still order the size 24 corset. Keep in mind that a larger corset can be taken in to a smaller size as you lose weight but a small corset cannot be made bigger.
